To quickly recap, Russia is shaped like an enormous goat with the face of a man. This goat is facing directly at America. They're even beard to beard. The Russian beard is the Kamchatka Peninsula, and the American beard is made of the volcanic Aleutian Islands. They form the northern rim of the Pacific Ring of Fire. We might even call them islands of fire.
We'll come back to the beard later, but now I'd like to focus on the goat's horn:
What do we have here? I believe this evil-looking critter is here so we would focus on satyrs. There is a lot of mythology about satyrs, but basically we're just talking about evil spirits. There is a reference to them in Leviticus 17:
7 And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.
Here is the Companion Bible note on the phrase 'no more': "implies that they had done so in Egypt to the goat image 'Pan'. Cp. Josh.24:14; Ezek.20:7; 23:3; etc. and especially 2 Chron.11:15. The word 'devils' was rendered 'satyrs' in Isaiah 13:21; 34:14."
Here is Isaiah 34:
5 For My sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of My curse, to judgment.
6 The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, [and] with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea. ...
Idumea is the land of Esau. Many people believe his descendants occupy Russia (see the study on the Caspian Sea).
13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, [and] a court for owls. 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
As a side issue, since the topic is goats and horns, I would like to include a Scripture from the book of Daniel, only because a picture can be worth a thousand words. I'm not suggesting it has anything to do with Russia. It's from chapter 7:
8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Now let's move down a bit, and since the eye of the Russian goat wasn't very clear in Part 1, let's zoom in and take a closer look. It's beside the Russian town of Anadyr:
Look what is in behind the eye; a portion of land shaped like the head of a snake jutting into a lake shaped like a heart! This helps us understand their focus. They are deceived by the Serpent.
